Q4: What are the delivery and shipment methods?
We ship via air, sea, or land (truck) using carriers like DHL, TNT, UPS, and FEDEX. We select the most efficient shipment method based on the actual order volume and requirements.
Q5: What are your warranty terms?
We offer a two-year warranty for the complete machine. During this period, we cover hardware replacement costs for failures. Our software includes a lifetime warranty with remote technical video support.
