What are your standard terms of trade and payment?
We support EXW, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP terms. Payment can be made via T/T, Credit Card, Western Union, and Bank Transfer.
What is the warranty policy for your charging systems?
We provide a 24-month warranty for the entire machine. In case of hardware failure, we cover the replacement and transportation costs. Software comes with a lifetime warranty and remote technical support.
